We recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and referring to our brand-specific size charts. For hiking footwear, it is often best to size up by half a size to account for thicker socks and foot swelling during long treks.
What is your return policy for outdoor gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, climbing hardware and technical safety equipment cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy equipment?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs for heavy items like tents or mountain bikes are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the package and your specific location.
Are the products covered by a warranty?
All products sold by The Trail are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. This typically covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not include standard wear and tear from trail use.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
